This apartment is approached via two flights of stairs.There are two double bedrooms one of which overlooks the burn.There is a spacious lounge with views of Cumbrae, Sky TV, a dining table and seating area. All the equipment you will require for a comfortable stay is available. The kitchen and utility room is well equipped, includes condiments and an essential  starter pack with tea, coffee and milk etc.There is SkyTV in the sitting room and both bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own digibox. Although the apartment is in a very quiet area it is only about 300mtrs from the very busy town centre. Visitors will be able to enjoy the lovely walks along the closeby seafront,  putting, ten pin bowling, child adventure park.The Vikingar Centre hosts a swimming pool, gym, as well as the usual related facilities. eg.sauna etc. There is also a small theatre/cinema. Restaurants/coffee shops are numerous in the town with the famous Nardini's to be opening again soon. Pubs are varied with something to suit everyone and the small nightclub Oceans/Fiddlers is popular, catering for differing age groups musically. Just outside the town is Kelburn Country park  where and interesting day out is held by thousands of visitors each year.
