The spacious lounge with relaxing sofas (3)  has Satellite TV, music system , a selection

of games for both adults and children . Drinks can be enjoyed overlooking the seafront 

from the high stooled seating by the bay window.

 There are often spectacular sunsets to be seen over Arran.

2 double bedrooms with plenty wardrobe space. The main bedroom has Satellite TV. and a cd music system .

The bathroom is decorated in a contemporary style with white/black tiling,  double walk in

shower and pedestal bath.

The modern kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher, breakfasting table/chairs and terrestrial tv.. a separate utility room is off the hall with washing machine and ironing board.
